INGREDIENTES
Grain
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Protein
- 🍗 80g chicken tenders, trimmed
Vegetable
- 🥬 80g cabbage, diced
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Condiments
- 6g salt kombu
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Dice the cabbage into 2cm squares.
Slice the chicken tenders thinly after halving them lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the soaked rice, sake, salt, and soy sauce to the rice cooker. Fill with water up to the 1-cup mark and mix evenly.
Layer the chicken and cabbage evenly on top of the rice. Start the rice cooker on the regular cooking setting.
Once cooked, add the salt kombu and mix gently using a rice paddle.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
