INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🌽 1 ear (300g) corn
- 🥒 100g zucchini
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 20g salted butter
PASSI
Cut the zucchini lengthwise in half, then slice into 1cm pieces. Cut the corn in half and slice off the kernels.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until golden brown, then flip and cook through.
Add zucchini and corn to the pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add the sauce ingredients and stir to combine.
