INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Meat
- 1 chicken thigh (150g)
Vegetables
- 3 cabbage leaves
- 1/2 green onion
- Kaiware sprouts (to taste)
Seasonings
- 20g salted butter
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, miso, sesame seeds) in a container. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and place them in a plastic bag. Add the sauce mixture, massage well, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Cut the cabbage and green onion into bite-sized pieces. Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts and cut them into manageable sizes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and green onion, cook until browned. Flip the chicken, cover with a lid, and steam for 5 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl.
Boil water in a pot and cook somen noodles and cabbage for 1 minute. Drain and add to the bowl with the cooked chicken.
Add butter to the bowl and mix well. Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper. Serve on a plate and garnish with kaiware sprouts.
