- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Condiments
- 2 pickled plums
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
Coating
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Cooking Oil
- Sufficient amount of frying oil
ÉTAPES
Remove the seeds from the pickled plums and mash them. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the chicken, mashed plums, soy sauce, sake, and grated garlic. Massage the mixture and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Place potato starch and the marinated chicken into a plastic bag. Shake to coat the chicken evenly.
Heat oil to 180°C and fry the chicken until the surface is crispy and golden brown.
