- 🦪 150g boiled baby scallops

- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (70g) water-packed tuna
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧈 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Thinly slice the cucumber, place in a bowl, add 1/3 tsp salt, massage, and let sit for 3 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
Drain the canned tuna completely.
Mix soy sauce, mayonnaise, sesame oil, and salt and pepper in a bowl.
Combine the scallops, cucumber, and tuna in the bowl with the dressing and toss well.
