Main Ingredients
- 3 tbsp dried shirasu
- 2 heads chingensai (200g)
Seasonings
- 1 1/2 tbsp concentrated mentuyu
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the root off the chingensai and slice into 3cm pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Rinse under cold water, drain, and squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (mentuyu, vinegar, sesame oil, and white sesame seeds). Add the chingensai and dried shirasu, then toss lightly to combine.
