INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 200g chingensai (bok choy)
- 1/2 red paprika, sliced
Noodles
- 20g harusame (glass noodles)
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 300ml water
PASSI
Cut the chingensai into separate leaves and stems. Slice the stems into 2cm pieces and the leaves into 3cm pieces. Thinly slice the red paprika.
Boil water in a pot and cook the harusame for about 2 minutes. Drain and cut into manageable lengths.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until its color changes.
Add the chingensai stems and stir briefly. Then add the red paprika, harusame, and the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, chicken stock, ginger, and water). Mix well, cover, and simmer for 4 minutes over medium heat.
Add the chingensai leaves and simmer for 1 more minute.
