Noodles
- 🍜 2 frozen udon noodles
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 shiso leaves, julienned
Fish
- 🐟 1 can (190g) miso-flavored saba
Seasonings
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🌰 3 tbsp ground white sesame
- Pinch of Japanese dashi powder
