- 1 serving (180g) low-carb noodles
Protein
- 80g pork loin (thinly sliced)
- 🥚 1 onsen egg

- 150ml pork boiling broth
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder

- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground sesame
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
