INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of salmon
Vegetables
- 🥔 4 small new potatoes (200g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🌿 A pinch of chopped parsley
Sauce
- 🥛 200cc milk
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme
PASOS
Cut the new potatoes into bite-sized pieces with the skin on. Slice the onion into 1cm widths.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, cook the salmon on medium-low heat until both sides are browned, then remove.
In the same pan, sauté the new potatoes and onion on medium heat until translucent. Add 100cc water, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Add the sauce ingredients (milk, salt, consomme) and bring to a gentle boil. Return the salmon to the pan and heat until just below boiling.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
