ÉTAPES
Cut the cress in half and slice the onion into wedges.
Cut the salmon into thirds, season with salt and pepper, and coat evenly with flour.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the onion until softened.
Add the salmon to the pan and cook, flipping occasionally, until golden brown on both sides.
Add the cress and sauté briefly over medium heat.
Add curry powder and salt, stir well, then pour in milk and cook until the sauce thickens.
