- 2 handfuls bean sprouts
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, chopped
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped

- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Blanch the bean sprouts and chop the carrot and green onion.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, gochujang, red pepper powder, sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil in equal proportions.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chopped green onion to make green onion oil.
Add the chopped carrot to the green onion oil and stir-fry together.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir-fry briefly to enhance the flavor.
Add the blanched bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry lightly.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well, stir-frying until evenly combined.
Serve the stir-fried rice on a plate.
Top with fried egg or seaweed flakes as desired.
