ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1/2 handful soaked seaweed
- 🧅 1/2 onion, julienned
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
Seasonings
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Liquid
- 💧 500 ml water
ШАГИ
Julienne the cucumber, onion, carrot, and slice the chilies. Soak the seaweed if not already prepared.
In a mixing bowl, pour 500 ml of water and add 4 tbsp of sugar. Stir until dissolved.
Add 1 tbsp of salt and stir until fully dissolved.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 6 tbsp vinegar, and 1/2 tsp soy sauce. Mix well.
Add the prepared cucumber, carrot, onion, chilies, and seaweed into the bowl. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
