- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
- 2g dried wakame
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp miso
LANGKAH
Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water, then squeeze out excess water. Slice the cucumber thinly and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients) and massage gently. Let sit for 5 minutes until softened, then rinse and squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, vinegar, miso). Add the cucumber and wakame, then toss to combine.
