- 150g daikon, julienned

Seasonings

ÉTAPES
Cut open the mentaiko and extract the contents.
Thinly slice the daikon and julienne it. Trim the roots off the pea sprouts and cut them into thirds.
In a bowl, mix the mentaiko with soy sauce and mayonnaise. Add the daikon and pea sprouts, then toss to combine.
