- 20g dried shirasu

- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- Chopped green onion, as needed
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of pepper
BƯỚC
Julienne the daikon. In a bowl, mix the daikon with 1/4 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients), let sit for 5 minutes, rinse with water, and squeeze out excess moisture. Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts and cut them in half.
