INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥬 125g cabbage
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Mix the sauce ingredients (gochujang, sake, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, and garlic) together.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the sauce for 10 minutes.
Peel and slice the potatoes into 5mm thick pieces. Cut the onion into wedges and tear the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Layer the potatoes, onion, and cabbage in the pan, then place the marinated chicken on top. Cover and steam for 5 minutes.
Stir the mixture briefly, add the remaining sauce, and stir-fry until everything is well coated and cooked through.
