INGREDIENTI
Main
- 1 serving cooked udon noodles
- 100g ground pork
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced (50g)
- 12g kaiware sprouts
- 🥚 1 onsen egg
Seasoning
- 20g curry roux, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 💧 150cc water
PASSI
Mince the onion and cut the kaiware sprouts in half. Finely chop the curry roux.
Place the cooked udon noodles on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute to loosen.
In a microwave-safe container, combine ground pork, minced onion, curry roux, mentsuyu, and water. Mix thoroughly to break up the meat. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes until the meat is cooked.
Remove the plastic wrap and mix the cooked meat mixture thoroughly. Add the heated udon noodles and toss to combine.
Plate the mixed udon noodles, top with kaiware sprouts, and place the onsen egg in the center.
