INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🐖 100g pork loin slices
Vegetables
- 🥗 1 bag (150g) cut salad vegetables
- 100g kimchi
- 8 shiso leaves
Wrapper
- 4 rice paper sheets
Dipping Sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
PASOS
Trim the stems off the shiso leaves and roughly chop the kimchi.
Boil water in a pot, reduce to low heat, and cook pork slices one by one until their color changes. Remove and let cool.
Mix all dipping sauce ingredients (soy sauce, vinegar, grated ginger, sesame oil, and sesame seeds) in a bowl.
Dip rice paper briefly in water, then layer shiso leaves, cut vegetables, pork, and kimchi (1/4 of each) on top. Fold the sides and roll tightly. Repeat for all 4 rolls.
Cut the rolls into bite-sized pieces, plate them, and serve with the dipping sauce.
