- 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water

- 70g frozen shelled edamame
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 150cc olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sliced chili

Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.

Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Then add the canned mackerel and simmer over medium heat.
