INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 2 pieces of salmon
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
- 🥕 1 carrot (150g)
- 🧅 1/2 leek
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 2 sprigs dill
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
Soup
- 💧 400cc water
- 🥛 300cc unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tsp miso
- 1 consomme cube
ÉTAPES
Cut the carrot and potato into bite-sized pieces. Soak the potato in water and drain. Mince the leek and garlic. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pot over low heat. Add garlic and leek, and sauté until fragrant. Add the potato and carrot, and stir until coated with oil.
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, add salmon and consomme cube. Simmer over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
Once the potato is tender, add soy milk and dissolve the miso into the soup. Warm over low heat. Finish by adding dill and lemon juice.
