    • 1/4 bunch chives, cut into 4cm pieces (25g)

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder

Thinly slice the carrot, cabbage, and chives as described. Prepare all vegetables.

Cut the pork belly into 2cm wide strips.

In the same pan, add the remaining salad oil and pork. Stir-fry until the pork changes color. Add carrot, cabbage, and bean sprouts, and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
