ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Seafood
- 2 packs of mozuku in vinegar
Vegetable
- 50g shimeji mushrooms
- 50g bean sprouts
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Chili oil, as needed
ШАГИ
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
In a pot, combine water, chicken stock powder, and shimeji mushrooms. Cover and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add mozuku, bean sprouts, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Once boiling again, pour in the beaten eggs in a circular motion. Cover and cook for about 1 minute.
Serve in bowls, garnish with chopped green onion, and drizzle with chili oil.
