Main Ingredients
- 🧄 500g fresh garlic
- 💧 1.5L water
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 2 tsp vinegar
Seasoning
- 2/3 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp gochujang
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Garnish
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 stalk chives
ШАГИ
Boil water with salt and vinegar. Add cleaned garlic and blanch for 2 minutes.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing soy sauce, gochujang, red pepper flakes, sugar, corn syrup, vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Mix the blanched garlic with the prepared seasoning.
Garnish with chopped green onion and chives. Serve on a plate.
