BAHAN-BAHAN

- 🍫 100g milk or dark chocolate
- 🧈 70g unsalted butter
- 🥚 3 egg yolks
- 🧂 40g sugar
- 🥛 70g heavy cream
- 10ml vanilla extract
- 50g cake flour
- 🍫 30g cocoa powder
- 🥚 3 egg whites
- 🧂 40g sugar

LANGKAH
Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over a double boiler.
Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy.
Gradually add melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture in two parts.
Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
Sift and add all dry ingredients (cake flour and cocoa powder), mixing until just combined.
Whip egg whites with sugar in 2-3 additions until stiff peaks form.
Fold the meringue into the chocolate batter in three parts, gently to avoid deflating.
Pour the batter into an 18cm round pan and smooth the surface.
Bake at 170°C for 35 minutes.
Cool completely on a wire rack, then refrigerate before serving.
