- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 🥬 1 handful mixed greens

- 1 tbsp coconut oil

ÉTAPES
Defrost the frozen shrimp in cold water and marinate with coconut oil, curry powder, and ground black pepper for 5 minutes.
Mix the coconut yogurt dressing ingredients in a bowl.
Remove the pit and peel from the avocado, then slice into 0.5 cm thick pieces.
Heat a pan and grill the shrimp over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Arrange all ingredients on a plate and drizzle with the coconut yogurt dressing.
