- 200g yam
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Coating
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
ÉTAPES
Cut the yam into 1.5cm slices and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Mix the coating ingredients (breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, parsley) in a plastic bag, add the yam slices, seal the bag, and shake to coat evenly.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the coated yam slices, and cook until golden brown on one side. Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
