INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 100ml water
Thickener
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tsp water
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly. Cut the red bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stem, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add ground meat and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the onion and stir-fry until softened. Then add the red bell pepper and stir-fry briefly.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, water) and mix well. Cover with a lid and simmer over medium heat for 7 minutes.
Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
