INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices ham
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Condiments
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- A pinch of aonori (green seaweed powder)
- A pinch of bonito flakes
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Chop ham, onion, red bell pepper, and garlic into small pieces. Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté garlic and onion.
Add ham, cabbage, and red bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry.
Once the cabbage softens, add cooked rice and stir-fry over medium heat until well combined.
Add Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock powder, and salt and pepper. Stir-fry to combine. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with aonori and bonito flakes.
