MALZEMELER
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of hamachi
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch herb salt
Hamachi Preparation
- 1/4 tsp herb salt
- 1/2 tbsp flour
ADIMLAR
Cut hamachi into bite-sized pieces and coat with herb salt and flour in a bowl.
Slice zucchini into half lengthwise and then into 7mm thick pieces. Slice garlic thinly.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add hamachi and cook over medium heat, turning until fully cooked.
Push hamachi to the side of the pan, add zucchini and cherry tomatoes, and stir-fry until coated with oil. Adjust seasoning with herb salt.
