INGRÉDIENTS
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Meat Mixture
- 200g ground meat
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
Curry Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🍬 Pinch of sugar
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 🧈 5g salted butter
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and microwave it in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 1 minute at 600W. Let it cool.
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk until absorbed, then add the remaining meat mixture ingredients and mix until sticky.
Divide the mixture into two portions, shape into oval patties, and create a slight indentation in the center.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook the patties until browned, flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 7–8 minutes. Remove from pan.
Add curry sauce ingredients to the same pan and heat over medium until thickened.
Plate the hamburger steaks and pour the curry sauce over them.
