- 1 piece hanpen
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 packet (2.5g) bonito flakes
ÉTAPES
Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces. Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts and cut them in half. Dice the hanpen into 1 cm cubes.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and arrange the hanpen cubes. Toast in a toaster oven for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve immediately.
