INGREDIENTES
Main
- 2 pieces hanpen
- 2 pieces ginger
- 1/3 bunch mitsuba
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- Mayonnaise as needed
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
PASOS
Grate one piece of ginger and julienne the other piece.
Cut mitsuba into bite-sized pieces and quarter the hanpen.
Mix the grated ginger with soy sauce, mirin, and sugar in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the hanpen until both sides are golden brown. Add the sauce and coat the hanpen evenly.
Plate the hanpen and top with mayonnaise, mitsuba, and julienned ginger.
