INGREDIENTES
Main
- 1 large hanpen (120g)
- 🧀 2 tbsp pizza cheese
- 1 tsp salad oil
Mentaiko Mayo Sauce
- 1/2 mentaiko (25g)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
PASOS
Cut open the mentaiko and extract the contents. Mix all ingredients for the Mentaiko Mayo Sauce in a bowl.
Make 1cm-wide crosshatch cuts on the hanpen.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and lightly coat with salad oil. Place the hanpen on the tray, spread the Mentaiko Mayo Sauce on top, and sprinkle pizza cheese over it. Bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
