- 🥩 100g beef harami block

- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice

- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion

- 2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds

- 1 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Shred the lettuce into thin strips.
Slice the harami beef into thin 5mm strips. Mix the yakiniku sauce with the beef in a bowl and marinate for 5 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated beef until both sides are evenly browned and cooked through.
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, top with shredded lettuce, cooked beef, chopped green onion, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
