BAHAN-BAHAN
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Vegetables
- 🍄 80g hiratake mushrooms
Other
- 10g fried tofu
- 💧 as needed water
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Break apart the hiratake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Wipe excess oil off the fried tofu with a paper towel. Cut it into halves along the short side, then slice into 1cm strips along the long side.
Add the soaked rice, seasonings (sake, mirin, salt, soy sauce), and water up to the 1-cup mark in the rice cooker. Mix well and flatten the rice. Spread the mushrooms and tofu evenly on top. Cook using the regular rice setting.
