Fish
- 🐟 3 fillets horse mackerel (210g)
Tofu
- 🧈 1 block fried tofu (200g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g spring cabbage
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g)
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning for Fish
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Nanban Marinade
- 💧 150ml water
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Sliced chili to taste
ÉTAPES
Season the horse mackerel fillets with a pinch of salt and coat them lightly with flour.
Heat 3 tbsp of salad oil in a pan and pan-fry the horse mackerel fillets until golden brown. Set aside.
Cut the fried tofu into bite-sized pieces and pan-fry until lightly browned. Set aside.
Thinly slice the spring cabbage and carrot. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix water, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and sliced chili to create the nanban marinade.
Combine the fried horse mackerel, tofu, spring cabbage, and carrot in a large dish. Pour the nanban marinade over the ingredients.
Let the dish marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
