- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

ÉTAPES
Finely chop the onion, cabbage, and carrot.
Prepare the squid by removing the innards, cartilage, and cleaning thoroughly. Pat dry with paper towels.
Coarsely chop the squid body and tentacles, then mince them using a knife.
In a bowl, mix the minced squid, chopped vegetables, beaten egg, and seasonings until sticky and well combined.
Heat oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F). Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the oil and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
