INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 160g ito konnyaku
- 150g sliced beef
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into 2cm wide strips and slice the green onion diagonally into 2cm pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add ito konnyaku, blanch briefly, and drain the water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add ito konnyaku, and stir-fry on medium heat for 2 minutes. Then add sliced beef and stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add cabbage and green onion to the pan and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water) to the pan, bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
