INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🥩 150g thinly sliced beef shabu-shabu
- 🍆 2 eggplants
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 1 myoga
Dressing
- 3 shiso leaves, minced
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp wasabi
ÉTAPES
Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise, soak in water, and drain. Wrap in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes, flip, and microwave for another 1 minute. Let cool.
Trim the cucumber ends, crush into bite-sized pieces, and slice the myoga thinly at an angle. Mince the shiso leaves.
Boil water in a pot, reduce to low heat, and blanch the beef slices one by one. Drain well.
Mix the dressing ingredients (shiso, ponzu, and wasabi) in a bowl.
Arrange the eggplants, cucumber, beef, and myoga on a plate, and drizzle with the dressing.
