ZUTATEN
Main
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
- 🐟 1 filleted horse mackerel
- 3 shiso leaves, sliced
- Chopped nori, as needed
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- Flour, as needed
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Cut the horse mackerel into bite-sized pieces and coat with flour. Slice the shiso leaves.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the horse mackerel until browned. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Move the fish to the side and add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, mirin, soy sauce). Coat the fish with the sauce.
Place cooked rice in a bowl, top with chopped nori, the cooked fish, white sesame seeds, and sliced shiso leaves. Pour the remaining sauce from the pan over the dish.
