ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Fish
- 🐟 150g sardine fillets
Cheese / Dairy
- 150g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 50g chives
- 40g snap peas
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Toppings
- 30g grated daikon
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
ШАГИ
Mash the sardine fillets and tofu together in a bowl until smooth.
Finely chop the chives and mix them into the sardine and tofu mixture.
Add salt, pepper, cornstarch, and grated ginger to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Form the mixture into patties of equal size.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the patties until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the patties topped with grated daikon and ponzu sauce.
