- 3 tbsp shirasu
Vegetables
- 60g daikon leaves
- 150g grated daikon
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Cut daikon leaves into 3cm pieces. Grate the daikon and drain excess water.
Boil water in a pan, add spaghetti, and cook according to package instructions. Add daikon leaves 1 minute before the end of cooking time. Drain water.
In a bowl, mix spaghetti, olive oil, shirasu, and seasonings (soy sauce, pepper, garlic).
Serve the pasta on a plate, top with grated daikon, and optionally drizzle soy sauce.
