STEPS

💡 Use Korean-style short ribs (flanken cut) for the authentic look and flavor.Serve with romaine lettuce leaves, white rice, gochujang, and lightly browned garlic slices for the full traditional experience.Marinating overnight can deepen the flavor, but refrain from marinating longer than 24 hours to avoid over-soaked beef.
