INGREDIENTS
Seasonings & Oils
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon chili-garlic sauce (such as sriracha)
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 🧂 Sea salt to taste
- 🧂 Ground black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Vegetables
- 🧅 ½ cup diced onion
- 🧅 5 green onions, chopped, white and green parts separated
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14 ounce) package coleslaw mix
Protein
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
STEPS
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion, white parts of the green onions, and garlic. Saute until onions are translucent and garlic is fragrant.
Add ground beef, chili-garlic sauce, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Saute until beef is browned and crumbly.
Stir in coleslaw mix, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Saute until coleslaw becomes tender.
Garnish with the remaining green onion tops and serve immediately.
