INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- 60g kimchi
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🍶 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion into 5mm-wide strips.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, grated ginger) to the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
Serve the cooked rice in bowls, top with the ginger pork stir-fry, and place kimchi in the center.
