- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 10cm daikon radish, grated
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g), drained
Condiments
- 1 1/2 tbsp ponzu sauce
Seasonings
- To taste white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut king oyster mushrooms in half lengthwise and slice into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water lightly.
Trim the root of kaiware sprouts and cut into 4 sections. Grate the daikon radish and lightly drain excess water. Drain the tuna can.
In a bowl, combine the mushrooms, grated daikon, tuna, ponzu sauce, and white sesame seeds. Mix well. Plate the mixture and garnish with kaiware sprouts.
