Trim the root of kaiware sprouts and cut into 4 sections. Grate the daikon radish and lightly drain excess water. Drain the tuna can.

In a bowl, combine the mushrooms, grated daikon, tuna, ponzu sauce, and white sesame seeds. Mix well. Plate the mixture and garnish with kaiware sprouts.
