- 200g komatsuna, washed and cut into 4cm pieces
Canned Goods
- 190g canned mackerel in water
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
BƯỚC
Wash the komatsuna thoroughly, trim the root ends, and cut into 4cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the canned mackerel and break it apart while lightly stir-frying.
Spread the komatsuna evenly in the pan, cover with a lid, and steam for 30 seconds over medium heat.
Remove the lid, stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until the komatsuna softens. Add salt and pepper, and mix well.
