ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the komatsuna for about 30 seconds. Rinse under cold water, drain, trim the roots, and cut into 3 cm pieces.
Make a slit in the middle of the mentaiko and scoop out the roe.
In a bowl, mix the komatsuna, mentaiko, and soy sauce together.
