BAHAN-BAHAN

- 1 sheet (300g) konjac
- 150g kimchi
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Boil water in a pot, add konjac, and cook for 2–3 minutes. Drain and slice thinly.
Heat mayonnaise in a frying pan over medium heat, add konjac, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add kimchi and the seasoning ingredients (mirin, sugar, soy sauce), stir-fry briefly, drizzle sesame oil, and mix well. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
